This role is a key member of the plant finance team, supporting financial reporting requirements and driving continuous improvements and process efficiencies to contribute to the Suwanee finance team’s continued success.

• Mission: Support the financial reporting requirements for the Suwanee plant and drive process efficiencies and continuous improvements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Month-End Close: Complete required month-end close tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and KPI analysis.
• Invoicing and Project Management: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing throughout the month and complete project closing.
• Financial Planning and Reporting: Assist in the development and reporting of monthly forecasts, monthly operations reports, and the annual operating plan.
• Inventory Control: Help plan and assist in physical inventory, ensure completion of daily and yearly cost rolls, and maintain a strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Payroll and Vendor Management: Complete payroll and labor reporting, and ensure the correct and timely handling of vendor invoices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
