What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Close Support: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management summaries for key stakeholders.
• General Ledger Management: Support routine accounting functions such as general ledger accounting, fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
• Technology Integration: Utilize AI-enabled solutions, data tools, and the ERP system to improve efficiency, strengthen analysis, and reduce manual work.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement within accounting and finance processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience: Up to two years of experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bonus: Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency, including exploring responsible application, automating repetitive tasks, improving consistency, and validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and compliance.
