This Financial Analyst role is crucial for supporting the organization’s financial operations by evaluating, interpreting, and communicating financial information to inform sound business decisions. The position involves partnering with various departments to maintain financial record integrity, enhance reporting processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Budgets: Prepare accurate and timely financial budgets, ensuring all balances are properly supported.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations for designated accounts.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and provide data-supported insights to management on complex financial transactions.
• Reporting Enhancement: Evaluate current reporting to meet business needs and propose improvements for flexibility over time.
• Property Tax Management: Prepare and submit annual property tax returns across various jurisdictions, ensuring timely payments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, with prior experience in public accounting, financial reporting, or general ledger accounting.
• Experience: Prior experience in public accounting, financial reporting, or other general ledger accounting is required.
• Skills: Accounting systems proficiency, ability to analyze large amounts of data for reporting, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bonus: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or FP&A experience.
