This Financial Analyst role is crucial to the Markets Group team, helping to drive the financial success of assigned markets through data and analytics and partnering with various teams to advance the business. The position directly supports market leadership and the Director of Finance team in achieving financial objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design, implement, and provide products, programs, projects, processes, and policies supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis function.
• Consult: Provide financial services and consulting at the corporate, business unit, and market level, analyzing financial data to support market leadership.
• Forecast: Forecast, analyze, and evaluate financial plans and budgets, developing recommendations to achieve financial objectives.
• Expense Management: Participate in expense forecasting and the actuals process, including researching variances and supporting quarterly earnings.
• Analyze & Report: Perform analysis and deep dives on profitability, revenue trends, and ad-hoc analytical projects, preparing comprehensive evaluations and recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an accounting or finance emphasis. This is an early career role.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in an accounting or financial analysis role.
• Skills: Strong analysis, problem-solving, and research skills; effective oral and written communication; excellent attention to detail; and technical skills in accounting and financial information systems.
• Bonus: Experience with Cognos, TM1, Salesforce, Quattro, and Sharepoint.
