What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare standard and ad hoc reports, analyzing key performance indicators and profitability by business unit, office, and individual contributor.
• Financial Reporting Support: Support monthly financial reporting packages, facilitate senior-management review discussions, and conduct follow-up analysis.
• Data Management: Develop reporting specifications, pull data from financial reporting systems, and perform recurring audits of financial-system data for accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Investigate and resolve financial-reporting questions in partnership with analysts and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Budgeting & Surveys: Assist with annual budgeting, conduct lateral-hire analysis, support quarterly and annual bank surveys, and maintain reporting tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, consulting, or a related analytical field.
• Experience: 1–2+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or an analytical role.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with financial reporting software or business intelligence tools, strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines while working collaboratively.
