The Tone:
This is a direct hire, on-site Financial Analyst role located in Fort Washington, PA. This position plays a critical support role within the operations team of the company, acting as the primary point of contact for crucial financial planning and reporting functions. The role is essential for providing leadership with clear visibility into business performance and supporting sustainable, profitable growth. What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning Coordination: Act as the point person for planning activities, including the preparation of monthly forecast packages, detailed reporting, and analytical insights.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Help prepare essential planning materials for external stakeholders and the Board of Directors, ensuring clear communication of financial performance.
• Business Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal partners at all organizational levels to deliver actionable insights and propose solutions to pressing business issues.
• Process Optimization: Spot opportunities for improvement and help implement best practices in planning and analysis, including building out financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Efficiency Drive: Drive process improvements across financial activities to boost overall efficiency and streamline operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required, forming the foundation for analytical and financial responsibilities within an operations support context.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience is necessary, with proficiency in preparing and delivering insightful presentations to leadership.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and charts) and PowerPoint is essential, alongside strong communication, analytical, quantitative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Bonus: An MBA or equivalent credential is preferred, and prior experience working within a matrixed organizational structure or a background in FP&A or public accounting is a plus.
