This Financial Analyst position is critical for providing the financial expertise and insights that directly inform significant business decisions across Kinsley’s various operating companies. The individual in this role will analyze complex financial data, helping to shape strategic directions and having a tangible impact on local operations and employees within a company known for genuinely investing in its people and fostering internal talent development.

• Mission: To provide essential financial analysis, reporting, and modeling to guide strategic business decisions and ensure clear financial storytelling across Kinsley Enterprises’ multi-entity operations.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, ERP/business systems, financial modeling
What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting, playing a key role in the month-end close process.
• Account Management: Prepare and post journal entries, then review and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts each month.
• Consolidation & Analysis: Prepare intercompany eliminations and consolidated financial reports across operating companies, performing variance analysis to tell the financial story.
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models that inform real business decisions.
• Internal Reporting: Build and maintain various reports for internal stakeholders, including P&L reporting, balance sheets, KPIs, cost center summaries, and ad-hoc analyses.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, sharp attention to detail, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bonus: Experience with financial modeling and statistical analysis; ERP/business systems experience.
