• Mission: Own accurate financial accounting, reporting, and analysis for the Managed Services business, ensuring financial integrity and supporting business insights.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, financial reporting systems, business intelligence systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Support financial accounting, reporting, and analysis activities for the Managed Services business, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
• Month-End Close: Perform month-end accounting activities, including preparing and reviewing accruals, prepayments, journals, and supporting schedules, while managing key cost schedules.
• Financial Reconciliation & Analysis: Prepare and review balance sheet and financial reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve reconciling items, including monthly analysis of revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Controls & Audits: Prepare supporting documentation for financial controls and SOX requirements, and support internal and external audits.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: Identify and support opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting, and controls, and work closely with stakeholders to resolve outstanding matters.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification, with core domain knowledge in financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, reporting, or a shared services environment, with experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and preparing management information.
• Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles (accruals, prepayments, revenue/cost recognition, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close), strong analytical skills, good understanding of financial controls and audit requirements, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong attention to detail, good communication and stakeholder management skills, strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bonus: Experience with ERP, financial reporting, and/or business intelligence systems; a demonstrated continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset; proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of new responsibilities.
