What You’ll Actually Do
• Advisor Exposure: Observe how experienced advisors prepare for and participate in client meetings.
• Planning Support: Assist with financial planning preparation, including data gathering, follow-up tasks, and internal coordination.
• Business Development: Participate in prospecting activities, event support, and outreach initiatives.
• Client Experience: Support planning and service teams with project-based work aimed at improving the client experience.
• Professional Growth: Receive mentorship from experienced advisors and firm leaders to develop communication and relationship-building skills.

• Background: Entry-Level. Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with interest in financial services.
• Experience: No specific years required; demonstrated interest in a career in wealth management and financial planning.
