• Mission: This person will manage client accounting processes, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and assist with essential reporting and compliance tasks.

What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger: Prepare general ledger entries for clients.
• Client Accounts: Manage accounts payable and receivable for clients.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations accurately.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare government-required reports and compliance reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field of study is required, suitable for an entry-level position.
• Experience: 0-2 years of general accounting experience.
• Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, and a highly motivated, self-starting approach.
• Bonus: CPA license or actively pursuing a CPA license is preferred.
