What You’ll Actually Do
Participate in Rotations: Engage in a comprehensive 2-year full-time Finance Rotational Program designed to provide varied experiences across multiple businesses and functional groups within Finance.
Provide Business Partnership: Support various business units such as Sales, Marketing, General & Administrative functions, Research & Development, Product teams, Supply Chain, or Automotive, offering financial guidance and insights.
Conduct Financial Planning and Analysis: Contribute to corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Engage in Core Finance Functions: Gain hands-on experience and develop skills within key finance areas including Accounting, Global Internal Audit, and Treasury operations.
Drive Strategic Objectives & Career Growth: Support the Bose enterprise in achieving its strategic objectives within each assignment, while simultaneously developing business and technical skills with the goal of transitioning into a longer-term position within the finance department upon program completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field, suitable for an early career professional.
• Experience: 0–2 years of professional work experience.
• Skills:
– Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, utilized for data analysis and presentation.
– Demonstrated natural curiosity, including a proactive willingness to learn and understand the technical aspects of Bose products, category strategies, the competitive landscape, and other parts of the business.
– Proven ability to work both independently on tasks and collaboratively as an integral part of a team environment.
• Bonus: Ideal candidates will be graduating in May 2027, with a target start date in Summer 2027.
