This role is crucial for supporting Endeavor’s Finance team by analyzing, documenting, and improving financial processes. The internship offers hands-on exposure to finance operations, process optimization, and emerging technologies within a collaborative team environment.

• Mission: Improve finance operations efficiency and accuracy through process analysis, documentation, and the application of automation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze and document financial workflows, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reconciliations, to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to propose, test, and implement identified solutions that can help replace manual effort.
• Support the finance team with documenting workflows and assisting with system implementations or enhancements.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects for the finance team as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate rising Junior or Senior, or Graduate student with a strong academic background in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience: Familiarity with or interest in automation tools; systems and process-driven mindset; must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Skills: Attention to detail, curious and proactive, flexibility and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks.
