What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Partnership: Serve as the primary finance partner for business unit leaders, providing strategic financial input and leadership on issues affecting the organization, including investment evaluations.
• GTM Support: Partner with sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy teams to drive the commercial success of the business unit portfolio, analyzing pricing, packaging, and revenue initiatives.
• Planning and Analysis: Lead and manage all financial planning and analysis processes for the business unit, including annual planning, long-range planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
• Reporting and Insights: Own the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analytics packages, translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for leadership.
• Performance Management: Perform qualitative financial analysis of key performance indicators, apply financial modeling to generate insights, and recommend actions to improve financial performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on FP&A.
• Experience: 10+ years of related experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related business function, with a focus on FP&A. Proven ability to operate as a business partner and influence strategic outcomes.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex data, exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, and expertise in building scalable and repeatable processes.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a business function (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance), experience supporting a go-to-market or commercial organization, experience in the software or SaaS industry, or experience supporting a business unit focused on technology, AI, or product development.
