Finance Leadership Development Program – ES | BAE Systems, Inc.

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at BAE Systems, Inc., located in Endicott, NY (hybrid). The TL;DR

• Pay: $48800–$83000 yearly
• Mission: Develop high potential, entry-level individuals into future leaders within the Finance function through a structured three-year rotational program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Navigate three one-year rotational assignments, each with increasing responsibility, to gain diverse experiences within the Finance function.
• Education: Pursue a part-time graduate degree (e.g., MBA) applicable to the business, with tuition assistance provided by BAE Systems.
• Relocation: Accept rotational assignments at various BAE Systems locations nationwide for second and third rotations, starting in Endicott, NY.
• Mentorship: Engage with an assigned mentor to receive guidance on career development, rotation choices, and exposure to diverse experiences.
• Development: Participate in an annual, week-long leadership development conference to receive personalized training and network with senior executives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (for FLDP I) or a Master’s degree (for FLDP II) by June 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership qualities and a willingness to relocate and work at various company sites.
• Skills: Possess superior communication skills, a high capacity and motivation for hard work, and the ability to obtain a US Department of Defense security clearance.
• Bonus: Show achievement in non-academic pursuits such as athletics, clubs and organizations, special projects, military service, or prior work experience.
