The Tone:
This is a full-time, office-based role at AD Mortgage, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. AD Mortgage is a top U.S. wholesale lender specializing in a full range of loan programs, including DSCR, Bank Statement, FHA, and Conventional loans. This position plays a critical role in supporting a senior executive by managing personal finances, investment activities, and strategic financial initiatives, combining accounting, financial analysis, investment tracking, and executive support to enable informed decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports, analyses, and executive-level summaries that support strategic decision-making.
• Investment Monitoring: Monitor investment portfolios, track asset performance, and provide regular reports on key financial metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and evaluate investment opportunities through financial and industry analysis.
• Financial Planning: Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and broader financial planning initiatives.
• Record Keeping: Reconcile financial accounts and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, investment operations, or a similar finance-related role. Requires experience supporting senior executives and business leadership while handling confidential financial information, alongside experience with budgeting, cash flow analysis, financial forecasting, financial reporting, and coordination with external advisors and financial professionals.
• Skills: Strong understanding of investment portfolios, financial markets, and asset performance analysis, including portfolio monitoring, reporting, and financial data interpretation. Proficiency in financial and accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
