Finance Internship – Summer 2025

Location: Eagan, MN

This internship offers a robust 12-week program designed to provide interns with real-world, applicable, professional experience. You will work on specific projects and be involved in day-to-day operations, gaining the same experience as a full-time employee.

Program Highlights:

Project-Based Experience: You will contribute to projects, providing analysis and recommendations. Past projects include:
• Developing a sales performance dashboard to identify and target the most beneficial incentives to accelerate revenue growth.
• Constructing and analyzing full P&L views for various products and recommending actions to improve profitability.
• Creating an operating model to integrate and track performance of recent acquisitions.
Training: You will receive technical, systems, and soft skill training.
Networking: You will have opportunities to network with leaders across the organization through lunch and learn sessions, conversations with other interns, professionals, and senior management.
Real-World Exposure: You will participate in job shadows and 1:1 lunches with former interns and finance leaders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics. Graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
Skills:
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Data analysis and analytical skills.
• Leadership and effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures.
• Agile learner with strong decision-making skills and a commitment to integrity.
