What You’ll Actually Do
• Month-end Support: Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations to support the month-end close process.
• Audit Assistance: Assist in preparing documentation required for audits and other compliance needs.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on specific accounting and tax research projects.
• Administrative Support: Process daily bank transactions and assist with US state tax filings.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Support various other projects from internal teams as needed.

• Background: Entry-level position for an intern with foundational understanding of accounting and tax principles.
• Experience: Willingness to take on new challenges, humility to ask questions and learn from mistakes, curiosity to seek improved processes, and a strong collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Skills: Accounting principles (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations), Tax fundamentals, Financial research.
• Bonus: Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Sheets, keen interest in technology and software tools, ability to learn independently and adapt quickly.
