Job Description: Finance Intern
As a Finance Intern at CAMECA, you’ll play a crucial role in improving business processes. This involves working directly with various stakeholders to enhance management reporting. Your key responsibilities include:
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with business partners to understand their reporting needs and preferences.
• Process Improvement: Designing and implementing a sustainable reporting process that ensures accurate, compliant reporting with minimized manual intervention and maximized automated data processing.
• Process Review and Assessment: Comparing existing process documentation with actual practices, identifying gaps between processes and internal guidelines/policies.
• Gap Analysis and Improvement Identification: Highlighting areas needing improvement and proposing solutions for future enhancements.
• Additional Tasks: Undertaking other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of ongoing successful studies in Finance/Accounting or a related field at a university.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Preferred: Experience with Power BI or similar tools; prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing (mfg) environment.
