What You’ll Actually Do
• Expense Management: Directly assist the Finance Team with detailed expense report auditing and the resolution of customer pricing errors.
• Financial Reconciliation: Perform crucial account, balance sheet, and bank statement reconciliations.
• Reporting Support: Contribute to the preparation and compilation of both month-end financial and monthly operational reports.
• Transactional Processing: Support daily financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, and credit checks.
• Audit Assistance: Provide comprehensive assistance for various internal and external audit requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program, demonstrating a keen interest and aptitude for working in Accounting.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience or years of experience are required beyond active academic engagement.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications; proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage numerous assignments simultaneously; strong foundational aptitude for financial and accounting principles.
