What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Engage in structured hands-on training to dive into practical tasks and learn directly from industry professionals.
• Explore: Participate in plant tours to gain insight into manufacturing processes and operational excellence.
• Learn: Attend educational seminars covering various business and industry topics.
• Collaborate: Connect with Howmet professionals, leaders, and fellow interns through networking events, and develop public speaking and presentation skills.
• Deliver: Undertake and execute a selected project that provides direct value to the business, culminating in a presentation of findings and results to plant managers, supervisors, and mentors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework.
• Experience: Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a self-directed or team environment.
• Bonus: Relevant internship, work, or research experience is a plus.
