Overview: Finance Intern

The Finance Intern will provide support across various Corporate Finance functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting, Corporate Credit, and Facilities-Finance. This internship provides an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience within a dynamic corporate finance environment, collaborating closely with experienced professionals on financial projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and enhancement of internal Management reporting tools and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Support the Facilities / Real-Estate team in analyzing lease-market conditions, identifying opportunities for Rent / OpEx savings.
  • Support various Finance departments with ad-hoc analyses, data gathering, and participation in special projects to gain exposure to key financial planning activities.
  • Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency; contribute creative ideas to encourage innovation and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, BW (Business Warehouse), and Hyperion preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

Summer Internship Details:

  • Compensation: The hourly rate is $20/hr.
  • Duration: The internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, running from June 1st to August 14th, 2026.
  • Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position, requiring interns to be in the office in Montvale, NJ, four days a week (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays designated for remote work at the manager’s discretion.
  • Transportation: The office location in Montvale, NJ, is not accessible by public transportation. Therefore, interns must have reliable transportation.
  • Housing: We do not provide housing or a housing stipend for interns.
  • Work Visa: Unfortunately, we do not offer work visa sponsorship for this role, including participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
