Job Description – Finance Intern

Location: Paramus, NJ
Work Format: Full-Time, Onsite
Internship Program Dates: May 20, 2026, through August 7, 2026 (12-week experience)

Role Summary
The Finance Intern will be an integral part of the Finance team, supporting key analytical and reporting activities that are crucial for operational and financial decision-making. This role provides exposure to core finance functions, including:
• General ledger management
• Expense and revenue analysis
• Process efficiency initiatives
The intern will gain hands-on experience and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct general ledger account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare expense and revenue reports, offering actionable insights based on supplier, area of spend, customer, or revenue stream.
• Support the development and implementation of process efficiency and internal control improvements.
• Assist in preparing and presenting financial performance summaries for leadership review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Skills/Qualifications
• Academic Pursuit: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and Excel skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Work Style: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Communication: Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attitude: Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.

Compensation
The compensation for this internship ranges from $18.00/hr. to $23.00/hr.
