Detailed Job Description: Intern – Finance Team
Summary of Position:
The intern’s main responsibility will be to assist the Finance team in maintaining financial trackers, updating Salesforce with key milestone data, and supporting general finance and accounts receivable processes.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update batch planning trackers: This includes performing Salesforce updates based on revised manufacturing timelines and yields.
• Support the management of contract milestones in Salesforce: Tasks involve entering new items and reviewing the status of optional or on-hold milestones.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders: Work with R&D, Stability, and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams to reconcile and track development and stability milestones.
• Assist in gathering documentation and preparing calculations: Specifically for excipient-related Accounts Receivable (AR) reporting.
• Support general finance operations: This includes SAP data entry, master data maintenance, and document filing.
• Provide outreach support for collections: Assist with reconciling lab data sources such as LIMS and the intranet.
