About the Job
This internship with the Finance team offers a hands-on experience supporting cross-functional projects within financial tracking, manufacturing planning, and revenue operations. The intern will be responsible for maintaining financial trackers, updating Salesforce with key milestone data, and supporting general finance and accounts receivable processes.
Detailed Job Description
Intern Duties & Responsibilities:
• Batch Planning Tracker Management: Maintain and update batch planning trackers, which includes updating Salesforce based on revised manufacturing timelines and yields.
• Salesforce Milestone Management: Support the management of contract milestones within Salesforce. This includes entering new items and reviewing the status of optional or on-hold milestones.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders from R&D, Stability, and AR (Accounts Receivable) to reconcile and track development and stability milestones.
• AR Reporting Support: Assist in gathering documentation and preparing calculations for excipient-related AR reporting.
• General Finance Operations Support: Provide support for general finance operations, including data entry into SAP, master data maintenance, and document filing.
• Outreach & Reconciliation Support: Provide outreach support for collections and assist with reconciling lab data sources (LIMS, intranet).

Technical Skills Required:
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in using pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas.
• Salesforce Experience: Experience with Salesforce is preferred, but not required.
• Organizational & Data Management Skills: Strong organizational and data management skills are essential.
• Collaboration & Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly.
