The Tone:
This is a full-time, seasonal internship at Conagra Brands, located in Omaha, NE, or Chicago, IL. Conagra Brands is one of North America’s leading branded food companies, known for iconic brands like Reddi-wip, Slim Jim, and Birds Eye, and employs an entrepreneurial spirit to satisfy changing food preferences. This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact within the Finance/GBIS Organization, helping to uncover inefficiencies, improve capabilities, and drive process enhancements in a supportive, refuse-to-lose environment.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Seasonal (11 weeks), Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Location: In-person, Omaha, NE; Chicago, IL
• Pay: $20–$28 hourly
• Team: Finance/GBIS Organization, operating within a service management environment.
• Mission: This person will utilize analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, enhance capabilities through automation, and create process improvements for internal and external customers, supporting organizational growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Utilize analytical skills to uncover inefficiencies within the Finance/GBIS Organization.
• Improve: Enhance capabilities through automation or the building of data dashboards.
• Collaborate: Work with internal and external customers to create and implement process improvements.
• Support: Contribute to enabling growth within the organization with team and cross-functional mentor support.
• Network: Interact with peers and leaders to gain experience and understand available career paths at Conagra Brands.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, BI&A, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with at least one semester remaining post-internship.
• Experience: Prior academic or project experience utilizing analytical skills to solve business-related problems.
• Skills: Analytical skills, curiosity, problem-solving, process improvement, and an aptitude for data analysis or automation.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate to Omaha, NE, or Chicago, IL, for the duration of the internship.
