Finance Controller | Novo Nordisk

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Novo Nordisk, located in Hillerød, Denmark. As a Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role by turning complex financial data into actionable business insights, directly helping leaders make informed decisions. • Pay: DKK499,600–DKK734,400 yearly
• Team: Finance & Procurement team within Site DPM Hillerød
• Mission: Help leaders make informed decisions and drive financial performance by providing financial insights and ensuring robust planning processes.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Power BI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning: Drive financial planning processes, including Anchor Budget (AB), Rolling Estimates (RE), and ongoing forecasting activities.
• Partnering: Partner with managers and Finance Partners to provide financial insights, track performance, and support decision-making.
• Reporting: Prepare financial analyses, management reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership discussions.
• Operations: Support month-end closing activities and ensure high-quality financial reporting and control processes.
• Projects: Participate in or lead cross-functional projects that strengthen financial excellence and operational performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience within controlling, financial planning, business partnering, or management reporting, including work with financial data, analyses, and reporting tools such as SAP and Power BI.
• Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance audiences, alongside professional proficiency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
