Position: Finance Content Specialist for Advanced AI Training

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced finance professionals to contribute to a groundbreaking and premier Artificial Intelligence (AI) project. This unique opportunity places you at the forefront of AI development, working directly with one of the top research labs in the world.

Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting high-quality finance problems and developing comprehensive, “golden” solutions. These materials will serve as critical training and assessment data for advanced AI systems, helping them to understand and master complex financial concepts and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Finance Content Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Designing Challenging Tasks: Create sophisticated and domain-relevant finance problems across various specializations and difficulty levels.
• Crafting Accurate Solutions: Develop precise, well-structured, and comprehensive solutions for each finance task.
• Developing Clear Reasoning: Articulate clear, consistent, and logical reasoning flows that explain the step-by-step process to arrive at the solution.
• Ensuring Quality Standards: Guarantee clarity, correctness, and strict adherence to professional finance standards in all created content.
• Providing Feedback: Offer written feedback or clarification notes as needed to enhance problem clarity or solution integrity.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in one of the following fields: Accountancy, Management, Media Studies, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Public Relations, or Management Consulting.
• 1+ years of direct experience in a finance-focused role. This includes, but is not limited to, areas such as investment banking, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Big Four accounting firms, or finance consulting.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong Grasp of Key Financial Concepts: Demonstrated expertise in fundamental and advanced financial principles, including:
  • Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis
  • Financial Modeling
  • Capital Structure optimization
  • Working Capital management
  • Return on Investment (ROI) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) analysis
  • And other core finance theories and applications.
• Exceptional Written Communication: Ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision and accuracy in both problem design and solution development.
• Familiarity with problem design or technical writing is considered a significant plus.
