NA Supply Chain Finance Manager | Mars

• Mission: Provide financial leadership and co-piloting across North America logistics operations to deliver sustainable growth, productivity, and financial performance.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Power BI, Anaplan
What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the long-range strategic plan, Annual Execution Plan (AEP), and periodic forecasting processes for the North America Logistics organization.
• Financial Insights: Provide forward-looking financial insights and analyses to drive informed decision-making across the North America logistics network.
• Value Creation: Drive the Integrated Value Creation Plan (IVCP) and Value Leadership initiatives, identifying, validating, tracking, and delivering productivity and cost savings targets.
• Business Partnership: Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to the North America Logistics Leadership Team, offering consultative leadership and ensuring financial risks and opportunities are actioned.
• Governance & Controls: Maintain strong governance and internal controls across areas of responsibility, ensuring compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Operations Finance, or Logistics Finance experience, with demonstrated ability to influence decisions without direct authority.
• Skills: Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills, including the ability to leverage storytelling for clear financial performance drivers.
• Bonus: MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification; experience with SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, or similar planning and analytics tools.
