The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Fly My Group, located remotely in Michigan. Fly My Group operates across group airfare, airline reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, group traveler support, account service, and travel operations. This position is central to supporting the routine financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and finance administration for the entire group. This role ensures the smooth financial management of all travel-related operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Record Keeping: Accurately enter and organize approved financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and expense records.
• Reconciliation Support: Assist with account reconciliations and investigate routine discrepancies following established procedures.
• Document Management: Maintain organized finance files, schedules, trackers, and supporting documentation for travel operations.
• Reporting Preparation: Prepare recurring financial summaries, payment status reports, and spreadsheet updates for the team.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate routine finance questions and requests for missing documentation with appropriate internal teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Basic understanding of bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, payments, or reconciliations is helpful.
• Experience: Comfort using accounting or finance systems, spreadsheets, and shared documents.
• Skills: Strong numerical accuracy, spreadsheet, organization, and attention-to-detail skills; clear written communication and reliable follow-through on missing information; high discretion when handling financial records.
