What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Participate in six-month rotations over a 24-month period to gain exposure to various finance and accounting areas.
• Reporting: Build, analyze, and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Planning: Provide analysis for the monthly forecasting process and support the annual budgeting initiatives.
• Analysis: Perform financial variance analysis to identify and document trends within the business.
• Operations: Assist in the execution of financial analysis, preparing and maintaining monthly reports while investigating unusual items.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience: Must be a Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduate authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Skills: Basic familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; aptitude for internal general ledger, reconciliation, and reporting systems; professional customer service skills; ability to manage time and solve routine problems.
• Bonus: Relevant internship and/or co-op experience; prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
