What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Contribute to preparing and analyzing financial statements for business insights and reporting.
• Accounting Close: Support monthly accounting close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop forecasts and budgets to aid in strategic planning and financial oversight.
• Business Improvement: Evaluate business opportunities and drive operational improvements across various functions.
• Internal Controls & Audit: Gain exposure to internal controls, audit activities, and cross-functional partnerships that inform strategic decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics, or an MBA/Master’s degree in Accounting (MSA/MAcc) or Finance (MSF), with degree completion by June 2027.
• Experience: Required to travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, meetings, and events. Must be 18 years or older.
• Skills: Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills; self-motivated and skilled in managing multiple tasks in a team environment.
• Bonus: Pursuing an MBA or Master of Accounting (MSA/MAcc) or Finance (MSF); prior Gallo Finance or Accounting work experience.
