What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Contribute to preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Accounting Operations: Support monthly accounting close activities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop forecasts and budgets for various business units.
• Business Evaluation: Evaluate business opportunities and drive operational improvements.
• Internal Controls: Gain exposure to internal controls, audit activities, and cross-functional business partnerships that help shape strategic decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires current enrollment and receipt of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics by June 2027; OR a Master’s degree in Accounting (MSA/MAcc) or Finance (MSF) by June 2027.
• Experience: Ability to travel up to 5% of the time to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events. Must be 18 years or older.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication abilities. Demonstrate self-motivation and skill in managing multiple tasks within a team environment. Be proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at a basic level.
• Bonus: Prior work experience within Gallo’s Finance or Accounting departments.
