This is a full-time, hybrid telecommute role at GALLO, a family-owned company with over 90 years of legacy in the total alcohol beverage industry. This program is designed to launch early careers in Finance, Accounting, or Internal Audit, providing a structured, rotational experience that builds a strong foundation and broad business exposure. What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Contribute to preparing and analyzing financial statements for business insights.
• Accounting Support: Support monthly accounting close activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Planning & Budgeting: Develop forecasts and budgets to aid strategic financial planning.
• Business Evaluation: Evaluate business opportunities to inform decision-making and growth.
• Operational Improvement: Drive operational improvements across various business functions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics; OR a Master’s degree in Accounting (MSA/MAcc) or Finance (MSF). All degrees must be received by June 2027.
• Experience: Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university. Required to be 18 years or older. Ability to travel up to 5% for company events, training, and meetings.
• Skills: Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated and skilled in managing multiple tasks within a team environment. Proficient in basic MS Word and MS Excel.
• Bonus: Prior Gallo Finance or Accounting work experience.
