What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Validation: Develop hands-on experience by importing, reviewing, and validating data between point-of-sale systems and accounting platforms daily.
• Revenue Recording: Collect, organize, and record revenue activity from non-integrated sources to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Vendor Payments: Assist with compiling, calculating, and preparing payments to third-party vendors in accordance with revenue share agreements.
• Account Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation of assigned revenue-related balance sheet accounts by reviewing activity, identifying discrepancies, and assisting with resolution.

• Background: Candidates must be currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program with a focus on accounting, finance, business management, or other applicable related studies. This role is designed for an entry-level professional seeking practical experience in the accounting field.
