• Mission: Assist the Finance and Accounting team with project-based work and recurring reporting to support financial analysis, process improvements, and key accounting initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for the team.
• Assist: Contribute to project-based work focused on process improvements, data cleanup, and reporting enhancements.
• Validate: Compile, review, and confirm financial data accuracy for various reports and projects.
• Build: Create and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards, assisting with variance analysis and trend reporting.
• Partner: Collaborate with accounting team members on ad hoc analysis and special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Relevant coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Academic projects involving financial analysis, reporting, or data interpretation, and experience working on team projects and meeting deadlines are essential.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and pivot tables, are required. Candidates must demonstrate detail-oriented thinking, strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with a willingness to learn.
