2027 Finance Analyst Rotational Program – Early Careers | Wells Fargo
The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career development program at Wells Fargo, located in Charlotte, NC, Irving, TX, and Minneapolis, MN. Wells Fargo is a 248,568-person organization responsible for driving the company’s financial management activities, including accounting, planning, treasury, and investment portfolio management. This two-year rotational program is designed to develop recent college graduates, providing foundational skills and diverse experiences within the Finance organization to prepare them for future leadership roles. Analysts will gain comprehensive exposure to various financial functions, contributing to the company’s strategic financial objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Acquire core finance skills and a working knowledge of the organization through ownership of key financial routines.
• Participate: Engage in targeted classroom training, self-study assignments, and workshops focused on enhancing leadership skills and business acumen.
• Network: Build connections and gain consistent exposure to Finance leadership and program alumni.
• Collaborate: Contribute to strategic problem-solving and work with peers and leadership across Finance and various Lines of Business.
• Interact: Engage with internal stakeholders, such as Investor Relations, to support financial management activities and external reporting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business/Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, or Business Administration/Business Management, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027.
• Experience: 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into insights; strong verbal and written communication skills to foster an inclusive environment; strong business and financial acumen to apply finance, accounting, and business analysis skills; ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a collaborative, change-driven environment.
• Bonus: Advanced Microsoft Office skills; basic proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools; familiarity with AI powered productivity tools with a strong interest in learning and using them responsibly; involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad, or leadership positions.
