Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst is responsible for proposal generation, including cost volume preparation and pricing, as well as coordinating leadership approval presentations. The ideal candidate will have experience creating Basis of Estimate and be familiar with the estimating compliance process. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

Responsibilities:

• Generate proposals, including cost volume preparation and pricing
• Coordinate leadership approval presentations
• Assist with the coordination of all proposal activities during the entire life cycle of the proposal
• Review proposal functional inputs
• Participate in fact finding and negotiations with customers

Qualifications:

• Ability to coordinate and lead meetings with PMs, Engineers, GSC, and other functional areas
• Experience creating Basis of Estimate
• Familiar with estimating compliance process
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline

Desired Skills:

• Experience participating as a member of the negotiating team
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Excel including VLookup and Macro development
• Experience presenting to leadership

This position requires a government security clearance. Applicants must be US Citizens for consideration.

Additional Information:

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework. The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees.
