Job Description

This is a Full-Time Internship position within the Finance & Accounting Department, with start dates available in Summer or Winter.

The program is designed to develop individuals into leaders who can deliver significant value. Interns will be expected to cultivate a range of essential professional and personal competencies:
Interpersonal Skills: Appreciate and understand diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others. Practice active listening, ask clarifying questions, and express ideas clearly and concisely.

Professional Standards: Learn and apply relevant professional and technical standards, such as specific tax and audit guidance. Uphold the Firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements at all times.

Education and Other Requirements:
Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in and seeking a bachelor’s degree.
Majors Accepted: Business, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Communication, Sales, Actuarial, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Accountancy, and/or Industrial Engineering.
Graduation Window: Must be projected to graduate between December 2026 and August 2027.

Internship Timing and Availability:
• Requires full-time availability, working a minimum of 40 hours per week during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
• It is strongly recommended not to be enrolled in classes during the internship period to ensure full commitment.

Compensation:
• The compensation for this role ranges from $31 to $41 per hour.
