Finance, Accounting & Analytics Internship

This internship program focuses on growing a world-renowned brand by supporting a team of financial analysts, accountants, and internal auditors. This team analyzes data, identifies trends, performs checks and balances, and provides recommendations to ensure optimal performance. The internship aims to add analytical thinkers, problem solvers, and collaborators to this team.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute as a functional member of the assigned team.
• Gain an understanding of the business needs through a financial lens.
• Assist in preparing standard business reporting and month-end close activities.
• Perform business and profitability analysis.
• Complete special projects as directed.
• Support P&L and expense management.
• Actualize and forecast P&L.
• Communicate research findings professionally, concisely, and technically.
• Provide general assistance with departmental administrative needs.

Qualifications:

• Currently a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree and in good academic standing.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during Summer 2025 (May 27th – August 1st).
• Computer fluency with programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Innate curiosity and desire to learn.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• A strong passion for retail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship, customer service, or leadership experience.
• Ability to manage conflict and problem-solve.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to concisely present complex information/recommendations to various audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
