The TL;DR

• Mission: Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of critical UPS and HVAC systems at customer sites.
• Tech Stack: UPS systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, power electronics

What You’ll Actually Do
• Installation: Assist in the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems at customer sites.
• Training: Participate in structured training programs focused on equipment operation, safety, and diagnostics.
• Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Testing: Support testing and inspection of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and all required documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate or Technical Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or UPS/HVAC Engineering, or equivalent technical training (including military technical background). Career level: Early Career.
• Experience: Strong interest in electrical systems, power electronics, UPS, or HVAC technologies. Basic understanding of electrical and/or mechanical principles (e.g., voltage, current, airflow, pressure).
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn, follow safety procedures, and participate in hands-on training. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining 100% safety awareness.
• Bonus: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. Ability to travel regionally as required, including for multiple days by car or flight as projects require.
