• Mission: Solve operational challenges and ensure optimal performance of Solar’s advanced machinery through comprehensive field service and technical support.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead extensive: Participate in intensive, hands-on technical training at Solar’s Global Headquarters and Worldwide Overhaul Facility during the initial 12-month program.
• Gain broad: Engage in structured on-the-job training in the field, coordinating with commissioning, maintenance, and controls teams, and the Customer Service Response Center.
• Provide critical: Offer essential technical and administrative support to U.S. District offices, directly assisting customers with their machinery needs.
• Ensure strict: Become proficient in Solar and customer Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management Systems, ensuring compliance and guiding field personnel.
• Travel extensively: After initial training, travel frequently to customer sites within a U.S. district, providing direct customer service and hands-on support, including potential offshore assignments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aeronautical Engineering; minimum GPA of 2.80 on a 4.0 scale.
• Experience: 0-2 years of related professional experience.
• Skills: High integrity, strong self-confidence, ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and situations, professional communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively, relocate, and work overtime.
