• Mission: Ensure the efficient and safe operation of customer machinery by providing technical and administrative field support.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Train: Participate in a structured 12-month Early Talent Training Program including online, instructor-led, and lab-based hands-on components.
• Support: Provide comprehensive technical and administrative assistance to District offices in support of customer machinery.
• Comply: Ensure adherence to Solar and customer Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management Systems, specified requirements, and best practices.
• Engage: Conduct extensive hands-on work at customer sites and interact frequently with customers to address their needs and deliver solutions.
• Rotate: Gain broad exposure to Solar’s products and the Customer Service organization through structured on-the-job training in various field and facility assignments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aeronautical Engineering (preferred) with a minimum GPA of 2.80 on a 4.0 scale.
• Experience: 0-2 years of related professional experience.
• Skills: High integrity, self-confidence, ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and situations, professional communication, and willingness to travel extensively and relocate.
