Job Description: Field Marketing Internship

Mission: Versiti is a blood health innovator enhancing lives through discovery, diagnosis, and treatment.

Vision: To expand the frontiers of patient health through the integration of science, medicine, and service.

Summary: This full-time, 40-hour per week internship, beginning on June 2nd, provides hands-on experience in marketing, specifically focusing on Versiti’s Business-to-Business (B2B) service lines. The internship will focus on projects aimed at strengthening customer relationships and brand identity through digital marketing and sales enablement support.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Develop, implement, and analyze marketing project plans, setting goals, identifying milestones, securing necessary support, and defining success measurements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate outreach and relationship building with key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional Capstone Intern Project with reporting to Executive Leadership.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Team Participation: Actively participate and contribute to departmental meetings, execute on goals and objectives, and deliver outstanding results.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned.
Compliance: Understand and perform in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Policies and Procedures: Comply with all standard operating policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program in a related field.
Experience: Completed a minimum of 2 years in college/university in a related field of study preferred.
Skills:
• Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Effective communication skills preferred.
• Customer-focused approach with prompt follow-through on requests preferred.
• Strong organizational skills preferred.
• Ability to quickly and accurately understand instructions and work independently on assignments preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately preferred.
• Keen attention to detail preferred.

Tools and Technology:

• Personal and Network Computer required.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Printer, fax, and copy machines required.
• Multiple phone lines required.
