Job Description

Job Title: Field Marketing Intern

Department/Team: North America Field Marketing team

Role Purpose: To support the North America Field Marketing team in developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and strengthen customer loyalty.

Role Overview and Responsibilities:
As a Field Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team that executes a wide range of multi-faceted marketing programs, including:
• In-person and virtual events.
• Webinars.
• Executive conferences and roundtables.
• Industry events.
• Networking events.
• Direct mail campaigns.
• Appointment-setting campaigns.

The team’s primary responsibilities include devising regional marketing strategies to drive demand, generate significant sales pipeline, and foster customer loyalty. You will actively support the area sales team, ensuring they leverage global marketing programs while also executing targeted regional initiatives. A key aspect of this role is serving as the team’s Marketo liaison, which involves:
Building and automating event campaigns within Marketo.
Collaborating closely with vendors to design, optimize, and effectively execute these campaigns.

Job Requirements (Skills and Qualifications):
• An aspiring marketing professional with a passion for B2B and field marketing.
Results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills.
Detail-oriented, capable of meeting deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards of execution.
• Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities independently.
Strong communication skills.
• Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment with team goals.
Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) are a plus.

Candidate Profile:
• Must have the ability and interest in working remote part-time, with a maximum of 30 hours per week.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Successfully maintaining an above-average GPA, preferably 3.0 or higher.
• This internship is scheduled to start immediately.
