About the Job Description
This is an Intern Position at Elmington Construction, specifically for Field Management Interns, designed for students pursuing a degree in construction, engineering, or a related field. The role focuses on providing hands-on, real-world experience within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
• Assisting in the development of budgets.
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors.
• Reviewing project documents and shop drawings.
• Engaging in correspondence with architects and engineers.
• Conducting quality control inspections.
• Performing progress tracking, documentation, and various administrative duties.
