Job Description: Field Management Intern
This role is for a Field Management Intern at Elmington Construction. The primary purpose of this internship is to provide hands-on, real-world experience in managing field coordination, jobsite management, and overseeing project schedules.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with team members and leadership.
• Outstanding organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines.
Essential Job Functions:
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors.
• Reviewing project documents and shop drawings.
• Engaging in correspondence with architects and engineers.
• Conducting quality control inspections.
• Performing progress tracking, documentation, and administrative duties.
• Undertaking other duties as assigned.
Specific Education or Experience Requirements:
• The candidate must be a student pursuing a degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
