Job Description: Field Management Intern

This is an internship position designed for students to gain hands-on, real-world experience in field coordination, jobsite management, and project schedule management.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors.
• Reviewing project documents and shop drawings.
• Corresponding with architects and engineers.
• Conducting quality control inspections.
• Tracking project progress, documentation, and performing various administrative duties.
• Performing other assigned duties as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with team members and leadership.
Outstanding organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines.

Specific Education or Experience:
• Applicants must be a student pursuing a degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
