The Tone:
This is a full-time early career program at Fidelity Investments, a leading financial services company. The FidYOU Program is designed to prepare recent graduates for a successful career in operations within a large organization. This role matters as it provides a structured 18-month experience for participants to assimilate into Fidelity’s culture, build essential skills, and expand their professional network while contributing to critical business functions from day one.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboard: Complete a comprehensive 2-week onboarding and team-building event in Westlake, Texas, to integrate into the Fidelity culture.
• Develop: Participate in monthly networking and learning sessions with your cohort for 18 months, focusing on skill and capability building.
• Operate: Assimilate into a specific business team, undergo training, and perform full-time operational duties within your assigned unit.
• Innovate: Drive improvements by applying curiosity and a comprehensive understanding of business processes to challenges.
• Support: Build relationships across various Fidelity teams to service clients and support divisional business needs with a client-first mentality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, to be completed by June 2027, for recent graduates entering an entry-level operations role.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience required, as this program targets recent graduates.
• Skills: Ability to interpret complex client requests and communicate clearly, outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, and effective time management skills.
