• Christian Community Statement: Agreement with and adherence to FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Spiritual Rhythm: Maintaining a daily practice of prayer and Bible study to seek God’s guidance for FCA.
• Spiritual Leadership: Leading and providing spiritual direction for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and exemplary living.
• Church Involvement: Connecting with and actively participating in a local church through worship and weekly engagement.
• Biblical Conduct: Conducting oneself in a manner consistent with biblical standards of conduct, as outlined in FCA’s Christian Community Statement, at all times.
