Job Description:
The FCA Internship offers a developmental ministry experience for collegiate volunteers during a summer or semester. It is designed to help student-athletes discern their calling and career path while engaging with various aspects of ministry through FCA.

• Compensation: Interns do not receive hourly wages or payment for work production.

Ministerial Duties:
The internship includes significant ministerial responsibilities, requiring a commitment to serving God and upholding FCA’s Christian values.
• Christian Community Statement: Must agree with and abide by FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Spiritual Practices: Maintain a daily spiritual rhythm of prayer and Bible study.
• Spiritual Leadership: Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and personal example.
• Church Involvement: Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Biblical Conduct: Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA’s Christian beliefs.
