About Company:

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is a ministry organization focused on engaging with student athletes to help them discern their calling and career.

Job Description:

This internship is designed to develop student athletes by introducing them to various aspects of ministry through FCA. The FCA Intern is a collegiate volunteer who engages in a learning and developmental ministry experience during a summer or a semester.

Key Points:

Volunteer Role: Interns are volunteers and are not considered employees, therefore they do not receive hourly or production-based compensation.
Stipend: Interns *may• receive a nominal stipend to assist with living expenses during the internship.
Developmental Focus: The primary goal is to develop the intern’s understanding of their individual calling to ministry through related training and experience.

Ministerial Duties: The following duties are deemed ministerial:
• Adhere to FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Maintain a spiritual rhythm with daily prayer and Bible study.
• Provide spiritual leadership through prayer, Bible study, worship, and example.
• Connect with and participate in a local church.
• Conduct oneself in accordance with biblical standards of conduct.
